Measuring 12 3⁄4 inches by 6 15⁄16 inches with a 6-inch depth, the Cambro 36CW148 Camwear® food pan has a third-size configuration and can hold 5.6 quarts of product. Because it's made of polycarbonate, it resists breaking, bending, cracking, and denting. This material keeps product as cold as metal pans without letting as much condensation to build up. Safe in temperatures between -40 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit, the pan can be stored in refrigerators and freezers. Its interior has a smooth, nonstick construction that ensures all product is removed to streamline cleaning and increase product yields. To facilitate measuring and managing inventory, the pan has molded-in graduation marks in standard and metric units.
