The Carlisle 3066207 StorPlus™ third-size food pan is made of polycarbonate to resist stains, dents, and scratches. A secure grip is created with the textured bottom, corners, edges, and handles. To facilitate cleaning, the unit has a smooth interior, while its specially designed interior simplifies scooping product. With a 5 31⁄50-quart rim capacity, the Carlisle 3066207 StorPlus third-size food pan holds 5 quarts of product. There are quart and liter capacity marks to measure, portion, and prep ingredients.
