The Cambro 36CW110 Camwear® third-size food pan is made of polycarbonate, which does not bend, crack, or dent. It can withstand temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees Fahrenheit and is stackable to maximize space. To facilitate cleaning, the pan has nonstick surfaces.
