Waring WSC160X Description
The Waring WSC160 crepe maker comes with a batter spreader and a spatula. It can heat as high as 570 degrees Fahrenheit with a thermostat that is adjustable for various uses. Stainless steel carrying handles resist heat to prevent burns, and the base is constructed of stainless steel for corrosion, scratch, and dent resistance. Its cooking surface is 16 inches diameter, with power and ready indicator lights showing the operating status.

Just big enough!
So far I have only used it for crepes and pancakes. Cast iron helps provide a more uniform heat, but makes it a little heavy. The clean up after proper seasoning is a snap.
Awesome product
I know this is expensive for home use, but it's more than worth it. First, it is professional quality. Second, it is BIG. If you really like crepes, especially if you've had them in Europe, you know how much better they are when they are big and cooked right.
