Waring WPG300 Description
The Waring WPG300 panini grill has a double design to create more space to grill sandwiches. Each section has an adjustable thermostat that can be set to a level as high as 570 degrees Fahrenheit. All the plates are made of durable cast iron, which is heavier than aluminum for more effective pressing. Cast iron also retains and distributes heat better than thinner materials. Both the top and bottom plates are grooved, so they impart grill marks onto food to enhance their presentation.
The hinged top platens are designed to accommodate products up to 3 inches thick. Because the handles are resistant to heat, they will not burn operators. The removable drip tray in this Waring WPG300 commercial panini press expedites cleaning by collecting grease and food debris.
