Conveyor broke in 3 days
"We were so excited to upgrade our toaster. Unfortunately, it was very short lived. The conveyor stopped working after 3 days if use! We tried all the troubleshooting but it is simply broken. SO disappointing & frustrating! Still waiting for a return authorization from the manufacturer."

I would not buy this product again.
"We toast about 15 to 20 bagels a day. We can't get the setting to where it toasts correctly. We have to run the bagel through twice to have it toast otherwise it isn't toasted or it's burnt. The conveyor belt didn't work properly. We had to continually unplug it and let it rest (mind you we are running a business) for about 15 minutes and then plug it in and try again. Now it just doesn't work at all."
