Alto-Shaam VMC-H3HW Description
Designed to fit most commercial kitchens, the Alto-Shaam VMC-H3HW multi-cook oven is made for placement on countertop surfaces and can be stacked to further optimize limited space. It’s made of strong stainless steel to resist rust and corrosion and sports three individual compartments. These compartments are controlled with the simple programmable touchscreen that enables each chamber to be set to an individual cook temperature and time. This unit has double-paned glass for improved heat retention and utilizes Structured Air Technology® to heat all sections with vertical streams of hot air.
The Alto-Shaam VMC-H3HW triple-layer oven is built with a ventless catalytic converter and holds three half-size or full-size pans at once. The unit has interior LED lighting to promote visibility and comes with one wire rack and two jet plates per section. For added connection, it has a USB port on the exterior and remains elevated with four adjustable 4-inch legs.
