Alto-Shaam VMC-H3HW-DX Description
Featured in the Vector® H series, the Alto-Shaam VMC-H3HW-DX multi-cook oven utilizes Structured Air Technology® to evenly cook food items using vertical streams of heated air. This oven's stainless steel construction resists rust and corrosion and is designed with three individual compartments to optimize prep times. The sections fit three half-size or three full-size sheet pans simultaneously and each section individually controlled with the programmable deluxe touchscreen. To promote optimal heat retention, this oven is adorned with one double-paned glass door.
To maximize space, the Alto-Shaam VMC-H3HW-DX triple-layered oven has a small countertop footprint and is stackable. This unit utilizes a catalytic converter that doesn't require venting, further enabling it to fit into smaller spaces. For heightened adaptability, the appliance comes with two wire racks and six jet plates, and is mounted on four adjustable 4-inch legs. Additionally, the electric oven is designed with a USB port on the exterior.
