The Alto-Shaam 1200-SK-DLX full-height commercial smoker oven from the Halo Heat® series features a versatile 2-deck design, each compartment accommodating one rib rack shelf. Equipped with deluxe touchscreen controls, it enables precise cooking by time or probe, while the ChefLinc™ cloud-based remote oven management software simplifies monitoring and adjustments. For flexibility, the smoker includes two single-point, straight removable probes, a USB access port, and HACCP data collection capabilities.

Built for durability and convenience, the Alto-Shaam 1200-SK-DLX smoker features heavy-duty stainless steel construction, right-hinged solid doors, and front-locking casters for mobility. Its SureTemp™ heat recovery system maintains consistent temperatures, while the removable drip tray and pan with drain streamline cleaning. A woodchip tray and sample bag of cherry, hickory, apple, and maple woodchips allow operators to achieve enhanced smoked flavors.
