Alto-Shaam 1000-TH Description

This Alto-Shaam 1000-TH cook-and-hold oven uses Halo Heat® technology—a low-temperature system that radiates heat gently throughout the cabinet for cooking and holding. Because it maintains precise temperatures, it can improve food quality, extend hold times, and operate overnight to increase production. Its cooking temperature can be set between 200 and 325 degrees Fahrenheit and its holding temperature range is from 85 to 205 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate various products. Operators can use its probe to sense internal product temperature, and when product falls within the programmed parameters, the oven converts from cook mode to hold mode automatically. The simple control system includes a user-friendly interface with programmable recipes for consistent results.

Three shelves line the Alto-Shaam 1000-TH cook-and-hold oven's interior and support as many as eight 20-inch by 12-inch by 2 1⁄2-inch pans or (16) 10-inch by 12-inch by 2 1⁄2-inch pans. Because its single cavity has a reach-in configuration, operators can load and retrieve product directly, and its ventless, waterless design doesn't require water hookups or a traditional kitchen hood to simplify setup. This half-height stainless steel unit measures 22 9⁄16 inches wide by 33 1⁄2 inches deep by 40 1⁄8 inches high and is mounted on two rigid and two swivel casters that brake.
