Fitted with two rear sliding glass doors, the Fogel MIRAGE-6-DC-HC-G Mirage bakery display case offers smooth service-side access for quick stocking and retrieval. Reflective polarized film minimizes glare inside the 24-cubic-foot interior, while curved front glass and glass side panels present baked goods from multiple angles. Finished in gray, the 72-inch-wide by 29 7⁄8-inch-deep by 52-inch-high steel build fits into neutral setups. Adjustable from 36 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit using electronic controls, the self-contained, gravity-coil refrigeration system runs on R134A refrigerant to preserve food-safe conditions. Bright LED lighting illuminates the four wire shelves for enhanced product clarity in dim settings.
