The Fogel MIRAGE-6-DC-HC-B Mirage bakery display case is constructed of black-coated steel for lasting durability and corrosion resistance. Its 24-cubic-foot, LED-lit interior features a reflective polarized film that visually expands the presentation zone. Measuring 72 inches wide by 29 7⁄8 inches deep by 52 inches high, it incorporates sliding glass doors to simplify daily restocking. Curved front glass and glass sides enable multi-angle viewing, while four wire shelves separate goods into distinct tiers. Equipped with a gravity coil, the R134A-fueled, self-contained refrigeration system ensures quiet operation. Electronic controls fine-tune temperatures between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit to adapt to changing inventory.
