Providing a comfortable grip during extended periods of use, the Dexter Russell P177AP-PCP Sani-Safe® pizza cutter features a textured polypropylene handle. This handle is purple, a color typically associated with allergen-free food prep, enabling it to be incorporated into color-coded systems. Its blade measures 4 inches in diameter, and it's constructed of stain-free, high-carbon steel to support heavy use. In the event it becomes dull or damaged, the blade can be replaced.
