Ideal for slicing pizza fresh out of the oven, the Dexter Russell P177AH-PCP Sani-Safe® pizza cutter features a heat-resistant handle and a blade measuring 4 inches in diameter. This blade is made of strong, high-carbon stainless steel that resists staining with long-term use. However, if it becomes dull or damaged, it can be replaced. Because this pizza cutter's handle is blue, it can be incorporated into color-coded systems.
