The Dexter Russell P94851 Basics® turner features an offset stainless steel handle designed to lift and turn a variety of items, such as pancakes or hamburgers, on commercial griddles. The blade measures 4 inches long by 2 1⁄2 inches wide and is fitted with a white polypropylene handle. Overall, the turner measures 10 11⁄16 inches long by 4 5⁄8 inches deep.
