Dexter Russell S172 Description
The Dexter Russell S172 Sani-Safe® server and turner's blade measures 4 inches by 2 inches—a good size for flipping and serving eggs, bacon, and other grilled items. Its offset design creates distance between the user's hands and the hot griddle surface, avoiding burns. Made of white polypropylene, the handle is textured for a secure, nonslip grip. For optimal durability, the turner's blade is made of stainless steel.
