Dexter Russell P94807 Description
Designed to slice cleanly through sandwiches, the Dexter Russell P94807 sandwich knife works well in delis and sandwich shops. It has an 8-inch-long blade and sharp scalloped edges. Because the blade has an offset design, operators have plenty of leverage when slicing through sandwiches. Durable and rust resistant, the blade is constructed of stain-free, high-carbon steel. The handle is made of white polypropylene—a textured, nonslip material that provides a secure grip during prep.
