The blade's DEXSTEEL™ construction is a high-carbon, high-alloy stainless steel that resists stains and corrosion to endure daily use. The ergonomic SofGrip® handle has a textured, nonslip grip that's comfortable to hold during use. The handle's white material can be incorporated into color-coded systems to prevent cross contamination.
