Dexter Russell S246/PCP Description
The Dexter Russell 19810 fish turner includes a stain-free stainless steel blade measuring 6 1⁄2 inches long by 3 inches wide. The slotted blade design drains excess grease and oil away from food while maintaining control during plating or flipping. Its gently upturned edge aids in lifting delicate items such as fish, crepes, or eggs without tearing. Designed with a contoured rosewood handle, this turner offers a secure, natural grip.

Sturdy and a great size.
A Great Spatula!
I was taking Chef Grace Young's online Craftsy Course, "The Art Of Stir-Frying", and she suggested that I use a fish spatula to get great results with my Stir-Frying. I wanted to get the best. I was told about the quality of Dexter cooking tools, from a friend. I am glad I did. This is an excellent spatula for Stir-Frying in a Wok. Thin, flexible, and durable, Katom sent me a beautiful one, with a gorgeous, walnut wood handle! If you are interested in a quality fish spatula, look no further! This is it!

Mom had this type of spatula for over 20 years, the pain was getting the right oil to keep the wood conditioned. (no idea what product would work best for that) now we need a new one- FINALY!!! found it (i hope the quality of metal is the same as it was 20+years ago)
