Fish Spatula

The long blade of a fish spatula, sometimes shortened to fish spat, provides adequate surface area for large pieces of fish so they don't break apart during flipping or moving. They usually have a stainless steel blade and a wooden or plastic handle, although some are stainless steel or plastic throughout.
