For rust and corrosion resistance, the Dexter Russell PS286-8PCP perforated turner has a stainless steel blade measuring 8 inches by 3 inches. The white handle is textured for a secure grip and is made of durable polypropylene. Facilitating the straining of juices and sauces through the gaps, this unit is perforated.
