Vollrath 4808915 Description
To ensure a long service life in high-volume settings, the Vollrath 4808915 Jacob's Pride® turner's blade is made of corrosion-resistant, heavy-gauge stainless steel. Facilitating use on a hot grill, its nylon handle resists temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and its Ergo-Grip® design reduces fatigue. Suitable for use in color-coded applications, the handle is white. This turner's blade is perforated, enabling juices and oil to drain through, and it measures 8 1⁄4 inches long by 2 7⁄8 inches wide.
