Dexter Russell S173R-PCP Description
Great for spreading condiments, jellies, and butters on wraps, bagels, and sandwiches, the Dexter Russell S173R-PCP Sani-Safe® spreader has a 3 1⁄2-inch-long blade. Because this blade has a wide, round profile, it provides a larger surface area than butter knives for more efficient spreading. Durable and rust-resistant, the blade is made of stainless steel. For comfort during use, the handle is constructed of polypropylene—a textured material that creates a nonslip grip. This handle comes in red, so it can be integrated into a color-coded prep system.
