Featuring a 3 1⁄2-inch blade with a rounded profile, the Dexter Russell S173PCP Sani-Safe® sandwich spreader has more surface area than a butter knife. This ensures spreading peanut butter, jelly, mustard, mayonnaise, and other condiments is quick and smooth. Because it's made of stainless steel, the blade is resistant to rusting, and it's attached securely to the polypropylene handle with a sanitary seal. The handle is comfortable to hold and has texturing that creates a nonslip grip.
