Dexter Russell S286-8 Description
Designed with an 8-inch-long by 3-inch-wide blade, the Dexter Russell S286-8 Sani-Safe® cake turner can flip and lift various foods, from pancakes to omelets. It's constructed of solid stainless steel for durability and a strong support, and its edges won't penetrate foods. This unit has an offset blade design that keeps the user's hands lifted throughout operation, reducing close contact with the hot grill or griddle. The polypropylene handle is textured to enable a firm grip, and it comes in white for color coding.
