I would definitely buy this knife again
The first one I brought, I used for skinning blow fish and fileting fish. It was assume at that function. I know, it's a bread knife. I then brought another for cutting bread and found it to be great. I've subsequently purchased and gave them as gifts to friends. Fileting fish or bread knife :-)
Excellent product
Cutting crusty homemade breads. Cuts without crushing or tearing the loaf. Well made and money well spent.
