Dexter Russell EP154HG Description
For color-coded use, the Dexter Russell EP154HG Sani-Safe® deboning knife has an orange handle, enabling it to be used for specific applications. Great for use in high-volume butcheries, it's designed to separate meat from bones with its 41⁄2-inch blade. To prevent slipping while cutting, the handle is textured. It has a high-carbon steel blade that won't stain and will withstand frequent use.
