The Dexter DDS-12PCP Sani-Safe® diamond sharpener measures 17 inches long, with a 12-inch steel and 5-inch handle. To remove steel from blades and restore their sharp edges, there is a diamond dust coating on the steel. The white polypropylene handle is slip resistant and easy to clean. The finger guard on the Dexter DDS-12PCP Sani-Safe diamond sharpener protects the user's hand during sharpening.
