Dexter Russell 10SXL-PCP Description
The Dexter 10SXL-PCP sharpening steel uses a coarse grit to remove material from the knife to sharpen the edge of the blade. To stand up to commercial use, it is constructed of high-carbon molybdenum German steel that is resistant to staining. The handle is made of polypropylene that is easy to clean and textured to provide the user a firm grip. The Dexter 10SXL-PCP coarse sharpening steel is 14 3⁄4 inches long, with a 10-inch steel and 4 3⁄4-inch handle. The tool has a swivel ring that enables hanging storage on hooks and pot racks.
