The Dexter 012G-6 06321 beef skinning knife has a 6-inch blade and 5-inch handle. Its curved design makes it ideal for slicing skin away from the meat before it is processed. The high-carbon steel blade will not easily corrode and is durable for constant use in commercial settings. Its beech wood handle provides a natural look and is secured with brass compression rivets. The Dexter 012G-6 06321 beef skinning knife uses compression rivets because they expand and contract with the wood.
