The Dexter S112-6PCP 04123 Sani-Safe® butcher knife has a handle made of polypropylene that is easy to clean and can withstand temperature extremes. The textured handle provides a slip-resistant, secure grip. For durability in commercial settings, the blade is constructed of a high-carbon steel called DEXSTEEL™. To maintain a clean appearance, the blade is resistant to staining. The Dexter S112-6PCP 04123 Sani-Safe butcher knife has a seal between the blade and handle to eliminate a crevice that can capture food particles and promote bacterial growth.
