Cecilware Pro GCP15 Description
The Cecilware Pro GCP15 gas griddle has front-mounted manual controls with metal knobs to enable temperature adjustment. Its griddle plate is made of 1-inch-thick steel to retain heat and recover temperatures quickly, and it's bottom welded for uniform heat distribution throughout product. This unit comes with one burner made of sturdy stainless steel, and the exterior is also constructed of stainless steel to offer durability and rust resistance. Fitting on a countertop, the griddle measures 151/2 inches wide by 30 inches deep by 153/4 inches high.
Mounted on 13/4-inch legs, the Cecilware Pro GCP15 griddle has distance between it and the countertop to prevent overheating and facilitate cleaning underneath it. Reducing the risk of injury, it has a bull-nose front that separates users from the hot heating surface while cooking. The cooking surface measures 15 inches wide by 20 inches deep to accommodate various types of food.
