ITI OX-223 Description
Suitable for modern environments, the ITI OX-223 oyster fork features an Oxford™ pattern with a lined handle. Built with a heavyweight feel, it fits comfortably in a user's hand as they remove lobster from its shell and spear shrimp. Overall, this fork measures 5 3⁄8 inches in length. Constructed of 18/0 stainless steel, it's not quite as durable as 18/8 and 18/10 stainless steel; however, it's more affordable to replace and ideal for users with nickel allergies.
