ITI OX-222 Description
For a subtly decorative look on set tables, this ITI OX-222 salad fork's Oxford™ design uses a gentle detail on the handle's end, while a center ridge divides the handle into two symmetrical sections. Ideal for appetizers and salads, it measures 5 7⁄8 inches long and has three tines, which can be used to pick soft meat from crab and fish. The salad fork withstands daily use in restaurants because it's made of 18/0 stainless steel. This durable alloy doesn't contain nickel, so it's less expensive than 18/8 and 18/10 stainless steel options for budget-minded restaurants.
