ITI BE-114 Description
With its oval bowl and 7 1⁄4-inch length, the International Tableware BE-114 dessert spoon is designed to scoop and lift soft desserts, such as mousse, custard, and ice cream, served in bowls. Its 18/0 stainless steel construction contains 18 percent chrome and no nickel, so it's more affordable than 18/8 and 18/10 flatware, though less rust resistant; however, it's strong enough to endure daily use in casual restaurants, hotel dining rooms, and buffets. The Belmont™ pattern incorporates a beaded border around the classically shaped handle to accentuate its shape while complementing minimalist and decorative themes.
