Nemco 55500-3 Description
Perfect for cutting celery, onions, potatoes, and tomatoes, the Nemco 55500-3 Easy Chopper™ food chopper creates uniform, 1⁄2-inch cuts in the food. When operators push down on the ergonomic handle, it pushes the polymer block down on the stainless steel blades, which are sharp and designed to create clean, even cuts in a single stroke. Because the handle is weighted, it can be pushed down without much strain. The Nemco 55500-3 food chopper is made of stainless steel and cast aluminum so it is durable for heavy use, but it still has a lightweight design that enables it to be moved around the kitchen to different prep stations.
