The Nemco 55050AN Spiral Fry™ potato cutter prepares fresh potatoes to go into the fryer to create spiral cut fries for appetizers and side dishes. It operates with a screw drive that automatically releases at the end of a stroke; this retracts the piece for quick reloading of the potato holder. The drive depth is pre-set to eliminate contact between the holder and the cutting blade.

This unit is made of cast aluminum and stainless steel, providing corrosion, scratch, and dent resistance. It can be mounted on any flat surface and faced in either direction for right- or left-handed operation. Even though this Nemco 55050AN Spiral Fry potato cutter mounts securely, can be removed for cleaning by loosening the knob.
