Nemco 6225-28 Description
With a temperature range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, the Nemco 6225-28 single convection oven can be used to cook a wide range of foods. Ensuring food doesn't burn, it has an inspection door that lets employees monitor the process, and the cooking time can be adjusted from as long as 2 hours or be set to an infinite time. Reducing energy use and preventing warm air from escaping, the door has a recessed gasket.
The Nemco 6225-28 half-size electric convection oven's exterior and cooking chamber are made of resilient, rust-resistant stainless steel. Cooking multiple products at a time, it's designed to hold four half-size food pans. This unit is adjusted with manual controls and operates with a temperature range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Because it fits on a countertop, it doesn’t take up a lot of kitchen space.
