Nemco 6225-17 Description
The Nemco 6225-17 half-size electric convection oven accommodates as many as four half-size food pans. To monitor food as it cooks, this unit comes with a glass inspection door. Taking up minimal space, it fits on a countertop and measures 23 31⁄50 inches wide by 27 91⁄100 inches deep by 23 97⁄100 inches high. Within the range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, the temperature can be adjusted manually.
Preventing warm air from escaping and reducing energy costs, the Nemco 6225-17 single convection oven has a recessed gasket that seals the door shut. To resist rust and corrosion, the cooking chamber and exterior are durable stainless steel. The cooking time can be adjusted infinitely or for as long as 2 hours for precision.
