It has a temperature range of 100 to 675 degrees Fahrenheit, and to ensure accuracy, it counts down with a 15-minute timer. After cooking is complete, this oven has a hold feature that keeps pizzas at safe and tasty temperatures for serving.
The Global Solutions GS1010 pizza oven uses calrod heating elements, which have a long life without needing replacement. It fits nicely on a countertop and is a great choice in crowded kitchens where the equipment's footprint needs to be reduced. To remove a pizza, the handle flips up for access, and an included crumb tray catches food particles and debris to keep the unit clean.
