The cast aluminum grid in the Nemco 7020-1S208 Belgian waffle maker rotates to produce 20 fluffy waffles per hour. It is made of stainless steel, so it's highly durable for use in commercial kitchens. The seven-inch grid also locks to prevent batter from overflowing into a mess. For quick operation, it takes 12 minutes for this unit to preheat. To see how much time is left in the cooking cycle, users can monitor the LED display on top of the unit and, if they must walk away, an alarm rings when time runs out.
