The Nemco 57500-6 Easy Chopper 3™ vegetable chopper produces 3⁄8-inch-thick slices for onions, peppers, tomatoes, and other prep ingredients. A weighted manual handle gives users added leverage as food moves through the stainless steel blades, supporting steady cuts during repeated countertop use. The color-coded blade cartridges and matching push blocks help staff identify the correct component pairing before setup. Removable push-block gaskets provide cleaning access around the block area, while the large raised base directs prepared food into collection containers as tall as 6 inches.
