Nemco 57500-5 Description
The Nemco 57500-5 Easy Chopper 3™ vegetable chopper creates 1⁄4-inch-thick slices for consistent countertop prep. Its raised base leaves space underneath for collection containers as tall as 6 inches. The weighted handle adds leverage during manual operation, pushing produce through the stainless steel cutting assembly with less strain than a standard unweighted handle. The interchangeable, color-coded blade assemblies pair with matching push blocks, making it easier to identify compatible components during setup. Removable gaskets provide access to the push blocks for cleaning or maintenance between uses.
