Cut firm vegetables into 1⁄2-inch square pieces with the Nemco 57500-3 Easy Chopper 3™ vegetable chopper. There is a 4 1⁄2-inch-by-4 1⁄2-inch cutting area that accommodates large vegetables. Products placed on this surface are chopped with stainless steel blades in the blade assembly. Along with the push block, this blade assembly is green as part of a color-coded system to make it easy to match up the pieces for this size. The push block is made of a durable nylon-based resin and comes with a gasket that simplifies the cleaning process. This Nemco 57500-3 Easy Chopper 3 vegetable chopper has a wide base that accommodates third- and sixth-size pans, which can be 6 inches deep to fit underneath it.
