The Nemco 56539-2 blade assembly cartridge is a replacement piece for the Nemco Easy Onion Slicer 2™ slicer. Great for cutting onions, celery, potatoes, pickles, and other firm vegetables or fruits, this assembly accommodates 13 blades to create consistent 1⁄4-inch-thick pieces. Its pretensioned design enhances user safety while eliminating the need for tightening, and by pulling out a pin, staff can remove the assembly for cleaning or replacing. This unit secures blades in the correct alignment to ensure they don't contact the pusher block, which could damage their sharp edges.
