The Nemco spiral potato cutter can cut potatoes, up to 60-count size, into spiral fries, a presentation which reduces product waste and gives the appearance of larger orders on the plate. This unit is constructed of stainless steel and heavy-duty plastic, so it will be long-lasting and durable. It can be mounted on any flat surface, and disassembles easily to make cleaning simple.
