Nemco 48190-100 Description
The Nemco 48190-100 disposable foil pans are made for the Nemco Fresh-O-Matic steamer unit. This liner is optional and is not included with the steamer. Many operators use parchment when steaming foods, but when using the steamer for messier foods that make cleaning more difficult, such as bacon, parchment won't prevent unwanted messes. Foil can be lifted out of the shallow cavity without creating a huge mess like parchment.
