Its high-quality stainless steel construction is durable and eases cleaning, ensuring a long lifespan even with intensive use. To facilitate cleanup, this grill comes with a removable oil tray and wire brush.
The grilling surface of the Adcraft SG-813 sandwich grill consists of two cast iron plates. This rugged material can be repeatedly heated and cooled without showing signs of wear, and when properly seasoned, it creates a nonstick surface. Users can adjust the temperature of this grill to a level between 120 and 570 degrees Fahrenheit.
