Adcraft RC-E50 Description
Ideal for establishments with a moderate volume of customers, the Adcraft RC-E50 round economy rice cooker comes with a clear plastic measuring cup and an oversized plastic fork. If rice is being served with most meals, as is the case when serving sushi or Korean barbeque, multiple units are recommended. Because traditional U.S. cups are not the same as rice cup measurements, users should review the equipment manual and check recipes before cooking.
Once rice is cooked, the Adcraft RC-E50 rice cooker's keep-warm feature maintains the product temperature for extended periods of time. Operators can still serve rice long after it has finished cooking. The unit has an aluminum interior with straightforward measurements, and it can hold 50 cups of rice.
