Adcraft IND-C208V Description
The Adcraft IND-C208V countertop induction cooktop is designed to operate more efficiently than standard gas and electric equipment; it also reduces heat transfer into the kitchen and minimizes burn risks. By using a dense copper coil to create a magnetic field above the cooking surface, the cooktop causes electrons in compatible pans to vibrate rapidly and create friction for cooking.
The temperature in this Adcraft IND-C208V commercial induction cooktop can be adjusted with the manual controller; the maximum setting is 464 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit is designed to sit on the countertop and has a durable stainless steel base. The top is also durable because it's made of easy-to-clean ceramic glass.
